Orders
Orders become final once payment is confirmed and artwork is approved.
Production begins only after approval.
Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Checking spelling
- Dimensions
- Colors
- Contact details
- Barcode accuracy
- QR code accuracy
Once artwork is approved, label.lk is not responsible for errors found later.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have permission to use all uploaded logos, images, trademarks, and artwork.
label.lk is not responsible for copyright infringement caused by customer-supplied files.
Colors
Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on computer, tablet, or mobile screens.
Minor color variation is not considered a defect.
Payment
Full payment may be required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only.
Unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays may affect delivery schedules.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption.
