Welcome to Label.LK. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders and Customization
- All orders are processed based on the information you provide. Please ensure that names, images, and customization details are correct before submitting.
- For personalized or custom products, including name stickers, labels, and gifts, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If you provide incorrect details for customization, Label.LK is not responsible for reprinting. Any reprint due to wrong information provided by the customer will require full payment for the new printing.
- If a mistake occurs on our side during production, we will reprint the product and ship it to you at no additional cost.
- You are responsible for providing accurate images and details for customized items. Uploaded images are used only for creating your product and are deleted after the order is completed.
2. Shipping
- We offer two shipping methods:
- Local Government Shipping: Sri Lanka Post
- Private Shipping Services: Pronto or other private courier services
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method and location.
- Label.LK is not responsible for any damage or delay during shipping.
3. Payments
- Orders below LKR 20,000:
- Customers must pay 50% upfront.
- All requested items will be printed.
- A video call or images of the printed materials will be shared for approval.
- The remaining payment must be completed before we ship the products.
- Orders above LKR 20,000:
- Full or partial payment can be collected upon delivery.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be charged at the price at the time of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
- Some designs on our website may be AI-generated or downloaded from third-party sources.
- If you believe any artwork on our website violates your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at info@label.lk.
- We will promptly investigate and take necessary action if the artwork belongs to another party.
5. Product Usage
- Our products are intended for personal, business, or gifting purposes.
- Label.LK is not responsible for misuse of the products or any consequences arising from their use.
6. Liability
- While we strive for high-quality products, Label.LK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for damages during transit after the product has been shipped.
7. Privacy
- Your personal information and uploaded images are handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
